The Position:

As part of Bolger’s Client Success Team, the Account Manager is accountable for managing the day-to-day relationships and projects from assigned clients to ensure profitable growth and client retention. This position will work with and take client direction from the Account Executive. Account Managers will manage projects from beginning to end with great communication, planning, and follow-through.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage day to day project communication with assigned accounts
  • Manage outside vendor relationships to ensure timelines and superior quality is met
  • Create and communicate project schedules
  • Develop processes that ensure excellent production of client projects
  • Communicate project status and results with clients and the Account Executive
  • Create quote letters and submit pricing to clients
  • Record and manage alterations needed
  • Find what customers need and create solutions
  • Manage billing process and approve final invoice to client
  • Work with sales on cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure work is performed accurately and smoothly
