The Position:

The Customer Service Representative is accountable for managing the day-to-day relationships and projects from assigned clients to ensure profitable growth and client retention. This position will work with and take client direction from the Account Executive. Customer Service Representatives will manage projects from beginning to end with great communication, planning, and follow-through.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead and manage day to day project communication with assigned accounts
  • Manage outside vendor relationships to ensure timelines and superior quality is met
  • Create and communicate project schedules
  • Communicate project status and results with clients and the Account Executive
  • Create quote letters and submit pricing to clients
  • Record and manage alterations needed
  • Find what customers need and create solutions
  • Manage billing process and approve final invoice to client
  • Work with sales on cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure work is performed accurately and smoothly

Required Talents & Demonstrated Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to anticipate issues and proactively troubleshoot
  • Ability to build and manage project schedules using Excel
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work in highly deadline driven environment
  • Independent starter
  • Print experience a plus
