The Position:

The Digital Marketer is accountable for creating demand generation through a marketing funnel, using a combination of digital and physical marketing actions. The role is focused on execution as well as strategy and analysis.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop marketing plans, materials, events and content.
  • Manage & execute digital marketing strategy and lead nurturing.
  • Manage website content.
  • Plan, execute, and manage SEO efforts
  • Generate, execute and measure targeted campaigns using analytics to inform decisions.
  • Perform Market research and analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Conduct, measure and analyze bi-annual customer survey’s
  • Proactively recommend new campaigns and initiatives
  • CRM platform administration
  • Manage and track marketing budget
  • Maintain annual marketing budget and marketing calendar

Required Talents & Demonstrated Competencies:

  • Min 2+ years B2B marketing experience. Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communications, English or Business major a plus).
  • Use of Google Analytics, CRM Platforms, WordPress, MS Office, Marketing Automation.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and managing digital marketing programs.
  • Ability to work in highly deadline driven environment
  • Strong pulse on multi and omni channel marketing trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Independent starter
  • Print experience a plus
