Receptionist/Administration –Monday- Friday/Office hours
This position reports directly to the Controller and is responsible for overall direction and proper dissemination of phone calls and in-person inquiries by general walk-in public, visitors, clients, vendors, etc. Representing a favorable image of Bolger LLC. The incumbent is also responsible for providing clerical assistance and data entry for the accounting departments.
Professionally greet and provide direction for clients and colleagues of the company.
Answer all incoming calls promptly and courteously; Provide information requested or route calls to appropriate person/Dept; Sort and distribute all incoming mail.
Manage reservations for conference rooms and meetings with guests; Perform general admin support to C.E.O, C.F.O. and VP as needed.
Maintain neat and professional lobby/reception area
Partner with Accounting with projects and shared duties as:

- Invoice discrepancies
- Maintain Files
- Daily Freight Charges
- Daily Cash Receipts
- Recording Compliance Data
- Maintain Compliance Data
High School education or equivalent, plus one year clerical and /or receptionist experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills and cognizant of confidentiality. Excellent organization; detailed, efficiency and prioritization skills. Strong computer skills, Including MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Demonstrate initiative, strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, partners, public and clients. Reliable and punctual.
