Sales Account Executive

We are looking for talented Sales professionals to join our team as an Account Executive.  If you  have a passion for helping companies and brands connect with their audience, a strong drive to succeed, & the demonstrated talents outlined below, then we’d love to talk.

Purchaser

The Purchaser reports directly to the Purchasing Manager and is responsible for day to day purchasing of Raw and Finished Materials, contracting and working with vendors to obtain best price and production schedule.

Estimator

The Estimator reports to the Estimating and Planning Manager and is responsible for the timely, accurate and cost-effective production cost estimates for customer printing jobs (both proposed and produced), based on estimating guidelines, to support production workflows which are profitable to the company and fair to the customers.

Fulfillment/Shipping/Receiving Manager

Coordinate and monitor the fulfillment, shipment, and receiving departments for efficient flow of products entering and leaving area.

Mailing Operator

Mailing Operator is responsible for insuring best practices within the Mailing department.

Lead PHP Developer

Write code, test, analyze and maintain software programs and applications. Includes researching, designing, documenting, modifying, and supporting new, existing and integrated software applications throughout the production life cycle in varied languages and systems for both internal and external clients.

Hand Assembly Lead

Insuring best practices within the “Assembly” department. Operator and Temp employee training, quality and efficiency of all personal and equipment for Bolger Direct facility.

Receptionist: Accounting

This position reports directly to the Accounts Payable Lead and is responsible for overall direction and proper dissemination of phone calls and in-person inquiries by general walk-in public, visitors, clients, vendors, etc. Representing a favorable image of Bolger LLC.
Responsible for providing clerical assistance and data entry for the accounting department. Accounting Entry Level required to be considered for this position.

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

As part of Bolger’s senior leadership team, The VP Sales & Marketing is responsible for providing sales/marketing leadership and driving revenue growth. The VP, as a “chief growth officer” should not only be capable of leading/managing the sales organization, but also capable of building and delivering an overall growth strategy that leverages all facets/capabilities of Bolger and who can help the President and management team define and communicate a clear future vision and strategy and then execute it. The person in this role should be capable not only of leading salespeople but of commercially leading a business and helping it navigate changing market dynamics and market demand.
